Tags Direct Refund Policy
Tags Direct aims to deliver high quality livestock identification products to all of our online customers. Committed to customer satisfaction we aim to ensure all areas of the online store are hassle free with no risk. If an item hasn’t met your expectations, Tags Direct will assess a return request within 30 days from purchase.
For all customer enquiries regarding returns, refunds and exchanges please email us or ring directly on 0411 108 404 with the following information:
From there a Customer Care representative will contact you discuss the request and issue an exchange or refund if required.
If an item can be exchanged, we will inform you via email and ship the exchanged product back out to you via Express post – 3 day business day delivery excluding warehouse processing and packaging time (3-5 days).
If the product is to be refunded, we will contact you to confirm account bank account details, and process the refund within 24 hours.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on http://www.tagsdirectaust.com.au. As computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
